Welcome

Hello Bloggers, sportsmans, athletes and the rest of the humans.
I'm a athlete from Albacete (Spain). I will use this blog for tell you about my sport life: races, training,  equipment...
I'm long-distance runner so in winter I competed in cross country, is very hard because the are many kilometers(normally the distance is 6.5km for race) And the circuits are demanding with: mud,slope,stones,rain,wind....
But Now Start the track and field muy speciality with my favorite proof the steeplechase.
